Ex Parte — ఏకపక్షంగా
Ex parte means the Forum went ahead with the case when the opposite party did not appear. As used in this case, the District Forum proceeded ex parte against the airline after nobody appeared for it on the called dates.
Ex parte అంటే ప్రత్యర్థి పక్షం హాజరు కాకపోవడంతో ఫోరం కేసును కొనసాగించడం. ఈ కేసులో, పిలిచినప్పుడు విమానయాన సంస్థ తరఫున ఎవరూ హాజరు కాకపోవడంతో జిల్లా ఫోరం ఏకపక్షంగా విచారణ చేసింది.
A notice was sent to the airline by registered post on 21 October 2015. It was not returned within 30 days, so service was presumed. Nobody appeared for the airline on 20 November 2015, and the District Forum proceeded ex parte.
2015 అక్టోబర్ 21న రిజిస్టర్డ్ పోస్ట్ ద్వారా విమానయాన సంస్థకు నోటీసు పంపారు. అది 30 రోజుల్లో తిరిగి రాకపోవడంతో నోటీసు అందినట్లు భావించారు. 2015 నవంబర్ 20న సంస్థ తరఫున ఎవరూ హాజరు కాలేదు, కాబట్టి జిల్లా ఫోరం ఏకపక్షంగా విచారణ చేసింది.
