NyayaSaral is a free study resource for students of India's 3-Year LL.B. programme. The name says what it aims to do: make nyaya (law) saral (simple). Notes and case laws are available in English and Telugu, so a student can read a topic in the language they think in and still see the legal terms as the exam uses them.
The current subjects are Law of Torts, Law of Contract – I, Constitutional Law – I, Environmental Law and Family Law – I (Hindu Law), each organised by unit.
Content is prepared from bare acts, reported judgments and standard legal sources for study purposes. It has not been reviewed by a practising advocate or law faculty member, and it may contain errors. The aim is material that is clear enough to study from, with legal terms kept intact and explained rather than simplified away. Always confirm important points against the official text.
NyayaSaral is an independent educational project built by an LL.B. student for LL.B. students. It is a study aid, not a substitute for a law degree, a lawyer or professional legal advice, and it is not affiliated with any university, court or government body. Previous examination questions are used for study and revision only. Please read the Disclaimer before relying on anything here.
Law changes, and any large body of study material can contain mistakes. If you spot an error or have a suggestion, please get in touch. Corrections are read and acted on.
