Unjust Enrichment — అన్యాయమైన సంపన్నత

Unjust enrichment is the principle that no one should grow rich at another person's expense without paying for it — the Latin maxim nemo debet locupletari ex aliena jactura. It is the single idea underlying every quasi-contractual obligation in the Act.
