Quasi-Contract — క్వాసి-కాంట్రాక్టు

A quasi-contract is not a real contract at all — there is no offer, acceptance, or meeting of minds. It is a legal fiction the law creates to prevent one person being unjustly enriched at another's expense, treating the situation as if a contract existed so the same money remedies become available.
