Acceptance — అక్సెప్టెన్స్

When the person a proposal was made to agrees to it, without changing any terms — that agreement is called acceptance, and it turns the proposal into a promise.

Real-life example

Arjun replies, "Yes, I'll buy the scooter for ₹40,000." That's acceptance — unqualified, matching Priya's exact terms.

Common mix-up

A "yes, but..." is not acceptance — it's a counter-offer, and it kills the original offer.
