Living Separately — విడిగా నివసించడం

Under Section 13-B(1) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, it means not living like husband and wife. It has no reference to the place of living. The parties must have lived this way for one year immediately before the petition.

హిందూ వివాహ చట్టం, 1955లోని సెక్షన్ 13-B(1) ప్రకారం, భార్యాభర్తల్లా కలిసి జీవించకపోవడం అని అర్థం. ఇది నివసించే స్థలాన్ని సూచించదు. పిటిషన్‌కు ముందు ఒక సంవత్సరం ఇలా ఉండాలి.
