Second Motion — రెండవ మోషన్
The joint motion of both spouses under Section 13B(2). It is made not earlier than six months and not later than eighteen months after the petition is presented, if the petition is not withdrawn.

In Amardeep Singh v. Harveen Kaur, the parties asked for waiver of the six-month period before the second motion. The Court held that the period is directory.
