Ejectment — ఎజెక్ట్‌మెంట్ (తొలగింపు దావా)

As used in this case, a suit to remove a person from property he has taken possession of. The judgment does not give a formal definition.

Real-life example

After Dulichand died, Ramchandra took possession of the joint family properties. The plaintiffs filed a suit for ejectment of Ramchandra from the disputed properties.

దులిచంద్ మరణించిన తర్వాత రామ్‌చంద్ర ఉమ్మడి కుటుంబ ఆస్తులను స్వాధీనం చేసుకున్నాడు. వివాదాస్పద ఆస్తుల నుంచి రామ్‌చంద్రను తొలగించాలని వాదులు ejectment దావా వేశారు.
