Member Secretary.
1[(1)The Member-Secretary shall be the chief coordinating officer and the convener of the National Biodiversity Authority and shall assist that Authority in the discharge of its functions under this Act.
(2)The Member-Secretary shall perform such other functions as may be prescribed.]
