Undue Influence — అండ్యూ ఇన్‌ఫ్లుయెన్స్

Undue influence is what happens when someone in a position of trust or authority over another person uses that position to get an unfair advantage in a contract — no threats, no lies, just the quiet leverage of an existing relationship. Doctors over patients, guardians over wards, and religious advisors over devotees are the classic examples.
