Necessaries — నెసెసరీస్

Necessaries are the one situation where the law makes an exception to a minor's blanket incapacity to contract — things genuinely needed for a person's life, judged against their actual condition and what they already have, not what a seller considers reasonable. Even then, the minor isn't personally liable; only their property is.
