Heads of Agreement — హెడ్స్ ఆఫ్ అగ్రిమెంట్
As used in Trimex International FZE Ltd. v. Vedanta Aluminium Ltd., quoting Pagnan SPA v. Feed Products Ltd., heads of agreement are agreements in which the parties agree to be bound now while deferring important matters to be agreed later. The Court of Appeal said nothing stands in the way of such an arrangement.
