Bailee — బెయిలీ

A bailee is a person to whom goods are delivered, or who takes goods into custody, for a purpose, on the understanding that they will be returned once that purpose is fulfilled. Section 71 treats a finder of lost goods as a bailee, even though no goods were ever voluntarily "delivered" to them.
