Accord and Satisfaction — అకార్డ్ అండ్ శాటిస్ఫాక్షన్

Accord and satisfaction is the common-law name for a promisee agreeing to accept a different kind of performance in place of what was originally promised, and then that new performance actually being carried out.

Common mix-up
