Remand — రిమాండ్ (కేసును తిరిగి పంపడం)

Real-life example

On 25 March 1957 the High Court sent the case back to the trial court. The trial Judge recorded on 24 March 1958 that the Swaminarayan temples at Ahmedabad and the temples subordinate to them were Hindu religious institutions.
