Collusion — కుమ్మక్కు (Collusion)
As used in this case, the ground on which the High Court single judge doubted a consent decree of restitution. The Supreme Court found it difficult to find any collusion on these facts and held consent decrees in matrimonial matters are not collusive per se. The judgment does not give a formal definition.

The wife made allegations and the husband denied them. He said he was willing to take her back, and a decree was passed on that basis. The Court found it difficult to find any collusion.
