In Harvinder Kaur, the couple lived together until January 1978 and had a son. The Court treated this as strong evidence of cohabitation. It held that the consortium was broken when the wife left.

Don't assume cohabitation means sexual intercourse. The Court said it may exist without it, and a restitution decree cannot enforce intercourse.
