The Court directed the Collector or District Magistrate to recover compensation from polluters, if necessary, as arrears of land revenue. The same mode applied to the pollution fine of Rs. 10,000 on each tannery.
అవసరమైతే కాలుష్యకారుల నుంచి పరిహారాన్ని భూమి శిస్తు బకాయిల్లా వసూలు చేయాలని కలెక్టర్ లేదా జిల్లా మేజిస్ట్రేట్‌ను కోర్టు ఆదేశించింది. ప్రతి చర్మ పరిశ్రమపై విధించిన రూ. 10,000 కాలుష్య జరిమానాకు కూడా ఇదే పద్ధతి వర్తించింది.
