Fundamental Rights are the rights guaranteed in Part III of the Constitution (Articles 12 to 35). Article 13 makes a law void to the extent that it conflicts with them. Article 32 guarantees the right to move the Supreme Court to enforce them.
A citizen whose freedom of speech under Article 19(1)(a) is cut by a law that goes beyond the limits in Article 19(2) can ask the Supreme Court under Article 32, or the High Court under Article 226, to strike the law down.
